If a return is requested, please contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your fabric. For a returned item to qualify for return the tracking number of the returned item must be sent in via email to [email protected] within 10 days of receipt of fabric.

Customers can return fabrics within 10 days of receiving their item. Items must be returned in their original condition, please always inspect fabrics upon receipt as no returns are accepted outside of the first 10 days of receiving your item. There is a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for the total shipping cost both ways. If shipping was free to the customer, a initial delivery fee will be calculated and deducted from the total return amount. Orders fulfilled from multiple warehouses will have shipping fees calculated according to to their original shipment warehouse (ie orders can require return shipment to two different warehouses). Items must be returned in original condition that they were received in.
